Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 2-8 business days
- Canada: 2-8 business days
European Union:
- 2-8 business days (estimated, subject to customs clearance)
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States and Canada.
For orders shipped to the European Union, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
Lost or Delayed Packages
